The Desperate Housewives star, known for her role as Bree Van De Kamp, proved she has still got it at 61 as she flaunts her age-defying looks for the glitzy event.
Dressed head to toe in sparkling red, Marcia donned the stunning bedazzled floor-length dress which featured long sleeves, which finished into gloves.
The fiery redhead’s garment pooled into a meter-long train which gathered around her feet.
Adding inches to her statuesque figure, she paired her bold ensemble with a pair of suede platform boots.

She showcased her youthful natural beauty as she opted for a minimal makeup look for the event.
After her gracious performance for the fashion label, Marcia was spotted catching up backstage with the brand’s curative director Guram Gvasalia and Russian model Natalia Vodianova.
Marcia’s beautiful outing comes after the actress spent five years putting an end to the stigma of anal cancer after she was diagnosed with the disease in 2018.
She vowed to stop the ‘shame’ and ’embarrassment’ that comes with the rare disease.
Talking to People magazine, she said: ‘I want to help put a dent in the stigma around anal cancer.
‘I’ve read a lot of cancer-survivor stories, and many people, women especially, were too embarrassed to say what kind of cancer they had.’
Vowing to stop any stigma surrounding the illness, she added: ‘There is a lot of shame about it. I want that to stop.’
In September 2018, Marcia revealed in a candid post that she had been battling cancer.

Sharing a beautiful selfie with fans, the actress shared a picture of herself with her hair starting to grow back after treatment.
She penned: ‘So grateful and happy to be alive but sad that my hair fell out and is about 1 inch long now and looks cra cra. Anyone else have #hairloss due to #cancer? Talk to me. I feel you. Xxoo m❤️❤️❤️.’
Marcia’s followers were left concerned over the post, which led to her posting a statement on her Instagram the next day.
She said: ‘Dearest Kindest Followers, I am so sorry my post wasn’t clear. I am POST cancer. All good now.

She added: ‘After posting a picture of myself here and uttering the words #cancer and #hairless, I felt liberated, deliriously free and completely me.
‘How or why this simple act gave me such a power lift I did not question, but I thanked God or whatever gave me the internal push to move forward and expose myself.
‘I certainly wasn’t expecting the response of love and kindness that flowed to me. My capacity to receive requires a massive expansion!

Marcia has continued to remain positive, revealing to her fans that she is ‘getting on with the glory of living’.

Anal cancer is a rare disease which affects the end of the bowel, with the NHS stating 1,300 people are diagnosed with it in the UK each year.
The website claims that the main treatments for anal cancer are chemoradiation, which is chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and surgery to remove the tumour.
